High and low temperature alarm, high and low temperature protection for the core and environment. Including 2-way battery cell temperature sensor.
Various battery management parameters such as single battery overvoltage and undervoltage, total battery voltage overvoltage and undervoltage, charging overcurrent, discharge overcurrent, cell high and low temperature, environment high and low temperature, equalization strategy, battery serial number, battery capacity, etc. can be reset through the upper computer.
When the protection board detects that each voltage is lower than the recovery voltage of the overcharge protection, the protection board outputs a signal to turn on the charging MOS tube, and then the battery can be charged.
When the protection board detects that each voltage is higher than the recovery voltage of the over discharge protection, the load or charge will be disconnected, the protection board will output the signal, turn on the discharge MOS tube, and then discharge.
When the battery is in the static or discharge state, the current suddenly increases. When the protection board detects that the current reaches the overcurrent protection value, the protection board starts timing. When the current duration in the circuit reaches the overcurrent protection delay time, the protection board outputs a signal to turn off the discharge MOS tube, and the load locking circuit works. At this time, the protection board cannot discharge.
